When trying to install the DAT One Mobile App from your the app store, your IPhone/IPad will prompt you for your iCloud password. If you forgot your iCloud password, you can follow the steps below

  1. Go to Settings  then tap on your name
  2. Tap your name > Password & Security > Change Password.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your IPhone Passcode (This is the password you use to unlock your device)
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password
