1. Navigate to account.dat.com and log in with your user to access your Account Information.
2. Click on the User Management tab to the left and then click on the user name who needs a password reset.
3. To the right of the page, click on CHANGE PASSWORD:
4. The user will then be sent an email. From there they will click SET MY PASSWORD where they will be prompted to create a new password.
Note: Sending a new password reset email will invalidate any previous ones. If you didn't receive the email right away, please wait a few minutes before trying again.
