1. Once you send a tracking request to a carrier, they will receive a text message alerting them to your request.


  2. The carrier will then click the link provided.
     
    • If they have already installed the DAT One mobile app, tapping the link will launch the app and display the tracking request under My Shipments.

    • If the carrier has not yet installed the DAT One mobile app, they will taken to the Google Play or Apple App store to download and install the app.  They will now be prompted to sign up.  This entails providing an email address, choosing a password and verifying the email address.  Upon signing in, they will see the tracking request under My Shipments.



  3. The carrier will then tap on the tracking request to see the details and either accept or decline it.


  4. Once the carrier taps ACCEPT the status will be updated and you will be able to track the shipment.
