There can be a number of reasons why you are not receiving the authentication code.
- Check that the phone number you entered is correct.
- Ensure the phone number is 10 digits. Do not include the country code; it's already selected in the prior field.
- Make sure you have a cellular signal.
- Contact your phone service provider. Confirm SMS messages are not getting blocked or they may not allow MFA codes/one-time passwords (OTP).
- Try another method. If you chose to receive a text the first time, try the voice option instead or vice versa.
- If email is selected as the method, ensure that the authentication code isn't going to your spam or junk folder.
- Check to ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- If you have requested too many codes in one day, you will be limited to seeing just one code an hour. Wait one hour and try again.
- If you are in one of the following locations, you will not be able to receive a code by text or voice call:

- China
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Pakistan
- Palestine
- Sudan
- Syria
- Uzbekistan
- Venezuela
- Tajikistan
- Tunisia
- Oman
- Nigeria
- Israel
- Sri Lanka

- Azerbaijan
